The Florida Legislature created the ACA and RCSR program to be offered by Florida's Colleges to provide a standard and quality educational opportunity for the insurance industry. Conveniently located and at an affordable price, people who are interested in a career change or advancement in their current position may obtain a state insurance license through this program.
