The Florida Legislature created the RCSR program to be offered by Florida's Colleges to provide a standard and quality educational opportunity for the insurance industry. Convenient & affordable, people who are interested in a career change or advancement in their current position may obtain the RCSR. After the designation is received from the college, the candidate must file an application on-line at the Florida Dept. of Financial Services website:
